Accessibility

Everyone gets a first six months, so the check-in must work for everyone. Accolgo aims for WCAG 2.2 AA across the product. That exceeds WCAG 2.1 AA, which is the standard the Department of Justice has adopted for state and local government under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the standard most often applied in practice to private employers under Title III. Federal agencies and their contractors are separately bound by Section 508, which incorporates WCAG 2.0 AA.

Every check-in question is a labelled fieldset with real radio controls, operable by keyboard alone.
Replies are words, not colours or numbers; signals carry text labels alongside any colour.
Text sizes and contrast follow the design system’s accessible palette.
No time limits: a check-in link stays valid for fourteen days.
